The Peugeot Metropolis 400cc scooter is the perfect commuter option with massive storage, frugal fuel consumption and more features than you can poke several sticks at!
A keyless fob starts the feature list with LED running lights, a large boot, ABS and the big ticket item - that extra wheel in the front end. The Metropolis rides like a conventional scooter, lean through the corner and enjoy the bags of grip from the front end with the added perk of being able to "lock out" the suspension when coming to a stop. This means, with a little bit of practice, you can ride all the way from home to work/the shops without even putting your feet down once!
It's one of those things that is very hard to convey in words but well worth your time to come and experience for yourself.
This Scooter was $15000 brand new so at less than half price, this is a bargain.
This is a two owner bike. The first owner bought it and did less than 1000kms on it and the second owner bought it off us in 2024, fitted the backrest and did about 1500kms before realising it didn't solve his mobility issues that he hoped it would. He traded it on a much smaller, lighter bike.
